Little Squirts is open from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, 51+ weeks per year. We are closed 3 days between Christmas and New Year and Bank Holidays.
We accept children with government funding for 2 year olds, 3 & 4 year olds and also the 30 hour funding for working parents. We also accept the majority of childcare vouchers.
Little Squirts has 3 lovely rooms, Terrapins (3months - 2 years) and Turtle and Ocean room (2 - 5 years) where children can free flow between the two. The large Ocean room is also used for our weekly activity sessions and as the dining room.
Little Squirts has a spacious outdoor area which is used daily. Older children can enjoy free play as well as adult led activities such as planting, painting, ball games and other physical play. Children can independently choose their activities and whether to play indoors or out. Under 2s have a separate baby friendly garden with artificial turf, a shaded area and different activities every day.
